Book description

Comprehensively updated for the latest syllabus, for first teaching September 2017, and developed directly with the IB, the second edition of this popular IB Psychology Course Book provides thorough coverage of all core and optional units at Standard and Higher Level, as well as assessment preparation support. Engaging, full-colour activities and in-depth, international case studies bring the theory to life, while structured opportunities for critical thinking and
concept-based learning help to develop enquiring and independent learners. Clear and accessible language, a robust reference section, support for the Internal Assessment and TOK links ensure that all learners progress through the DP Psychology course with confidence.

This pack includes one print Course Book and one online Course Book. The online Course Book will be available on Oxford Education Bookshelf until 2025. Access is facilitated via a unique code, which is sent in the mail. The code must be linked to an email address, creating a user account. Access may be transferred once to a new user, once the initial user no longer requires access. You will need to contact your local Educational Consultant to arrange this. I was very fond of the earlier edition of the curriculum book through Oxford and have it with me all the time. I was very excited to see there was an updated version to go with the new curriculum. The book is very well presented in the new format and seems to be very straight forward with the material and the expectations held by IB. I like how it is set up and think it will make covering the material much more organized for both the teacher and the
students. * Kimberly Drugan, Psychology Teacher, Firestone Community Learning Center, Ohio, USA *
