Self-love & self-care are two very important attributes to living a healthy life. We must be responsible for our well being and happiness. If we are not loving and caring for ourselves we cannot expect anyone else to. Affirmations helped me stay healthy and happy through unpleasant circumstances. I created these affirmations and want to share with others. I chose to write forty affirmations as forty days is just enough time to learn something new about yourself and plenty of time to make adjustments. Biblically speaking forty days is a long time. We are worth the commitment.
