Pi Day, otherwise known as 3/14, is celebrated on March 14^th, since 3, 1, and 4 are the three most significant digits in the decimal form of pi.

It was first celebrated by the American physicist Larry Shaw in 1988. Since then, Pi Day has been celebrated by millions of students and math-lovers.
