Harper Lee died on Friday (February 19th). Her first novel To kill a mockingbird (released in 1960) became a bestseller and brought the author a Pulitzer Prize. In 1962 Robert Mulligan made a movie based on the book, which was also a huge success.

In 2015 Harper Lee published her second novel: Go Set a Watchman. Writer’s fans had to wait 55 years for the next book, so it aroused great interest. Unfortunately it has received negative reviews from both critics and audiences.
