Oxford University Press has announced the launch of Global Studies Quarterly (GSQ). Published on behalf of the International Studies Association (ISA), GSQ is one of OUP’s fully open access journals in the social studies.
The inaugural editors for GSQ are Brent J. Steele and Jelena Subotic. GSQ will publish original and innovative scholarship within the topics, subfields, and approaches in international studies and is now accepting submissions. Articles will be published starting in 2021.
The journal is the seventh that OUP publishes on behalf of the ISA. The other journals are International Studies Quarterly, International Studies Review, International Studies Perspectives, Foreign Policy Analysis, International Political Sociology, and Journal of Global Security Studies. The ISA and OUP also partner to publish the Oxford Research Encyclopedia of International Studies.
