In this book, Joyce tells the story of how God used the processes of resolution and closure as balms to restore her to spiritual, emotional, and physical health after being struck down by several hard blows. The big "its," being defined as huge devastating losses that leave one (for the sake of humor) shattered like Humpty Dumpty. Some of you remember this rhyme: "Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall, and Humpty Dumpty had a great fall. And all the king's horses and all the king's men could not put Humpty Dumpty together again." Yeah, like the lady who said, "Help! I've fallen, and I can't get up."

God wants you to have life, and that more abundantly, and He is more than able to put you together again. Unscarred; without wounds, bruises, or putrefying sores; and better than before--that is how He does it. By direct mandate from God to the end that many be made whole this book is written.
