This book introduces two scientific methods: VAC and VIC aims at comprehensive evaluation of investment projects. Value Analysis Connecting (VAC) method is applicable for assessing the implementation of an investment project. The purpose of the VAC method is to identify the maximum output values based on analysis and connecting initial resources.
