If one thing could be taught to the people, especially to the leaders, I will always vote for Emotional Intelligence in the first place. I am not regarding Emotional Intelligence as Panacea, but one thing is very certain that any leader possessing this trait can surmount other leaders who don't. This book is a scientific exploration that how the educational leaders can employee Emotional Intelligence into their job and how this distinctive competence can heighten their leadership attributes.
