In recent decades, green tea has got the potential in perspective of many issues like lipid profile, hyperglycemia, hypercholesterolemia, hypertension, gastric problem, skin disorder, aging as well as many other metabolic syndromes. There are many products of green tea in Bangladesh market are available. Here I have taken kazi & kazi green tea and performed various tests like, antidiabetic, TG,TC, HDL, LDL, and so on in mice model. In this present study we assessed the effect of our kazi & kazi green tea on diabetes and lipid profiles of mice, and compared the values with the standard drug metformin. When the standard matformin reduced the blood glucose level 72.90.%, our sample reduced glucose level up to 69.67%, which is near the standard value. When the standard matformin reduced the plasma TG level 36.58% compared with the positive control, our sample reduced the plasma TG level up to 20.35%. Similarly, standard matformin reduced the plasma TC level; and LDL-C levels up to 38.88%; and 50.62% and the sample kazi & kazi green tea reduced the plasma TC level; and LDL-C levels up to 25.92%; and 30.87% and elevated plasma HDL-C level.
