Two fruits recognized for their functional properties, tropical mountain blackberry (Rubus adenotrichos) and noni (morinda Citrifolia) have been the subject of nutritional intervention studies in humans and in Wistar rats. A non-targeted metabolomic approach was implemented based on mass spectrometry analysis (UPLC-DAD / ESI-Q-TOF-MS) of urine collected just after ingestion of the juices and following short daily consumption. term.
