The nanoemulsions are considered as a way to enhance the activity of essential oils in terms of their potential as a finer dispersion. Thus, this study determined the chemical constituents and larvicidal activity of nanoemulsion (A/A) incorporated Psidium guajava Essential Oil. P. guajava leaves and essential oil were collected by hydrodistillation technique. The chemical components were formulated by gas chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry (GC / MS). The total phenol content was quantified by Folin-Ciocalteau spectrophotometric method. Artemia salina bioassay was used for toxicity test. Nanoemulsion (W / A) was made using low energy phase inversion process. LC50 was excluded for the effect of nanoemulsion against Aedes aegypti larvae using probit method. The major chemical constituent of P. guajava essential oil was -pinene 34.25%. Total phenols were deviated at 210.35 mg EAT g- quantified. In toxicity bioassay, LC50 323.6 mg L-1 was classified as non-toxic.
