This Book is based on research work conducted on the PREDICTION OF PERFORMANCE ABILITY OF SWIMMERS IN RELATION TO SELECTED ANTHROPOMETRIC, PHYSIOLOGICAL, AND PSYCHOLOGICAL VARIABLES. It is important to predict with a high degree of probability whether or not a young sportsperson will be able to achieve excellent performance in a given sport, there has been some thrust on research to study and predict anthropometrical, physiological, and psychological performance factors in Swimming, however, not enough research studies have concentrated on prediction of performance factors, especially in the game of Swimming, and whatever research has been done on the subject does not point to any well-established model for prediction of performance. The author put their best efforts into this research and have effective results for enhancing swimming performance. This Book may be helpful for becoming a good swimmer.
