Music Around the World contains more than 30 lessons, with reproducible worksheets and ready-to-use movement activities. The movement activities are set to world music and include dancing, singing, drumming, miming, creative play and teacher-led exercises. The craft activity can be completed during the lesson to reinforce what has been learned, or later as a follow-up review. The movement and craft activities are appropriate for any grade level, while the worksheet for each unit is designed to specifically teach the Core Knowledge lesson listed under “Core Connection
