This book is designed to provide students with an understanding of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Judicial and arbitral decisions, drawn from the United States and a variety of other jurisdictions, introduce students to the provisions of the Convention. Problems at the end of each chapter allow them to apply their knowledge to new factual situations. In addition, the final chapter of the book contains a number of longer problems that require students to integrate their knowledge in more complex factual situations. Suitable for a two-hour course.
