At 30 cm x 10 cm spacing the highest light transmission ratio (LTR) was observed in GK 24 genotype (57.92) and the lowest LTR value was observed in GK 63 (46.42). The highest proportion (28%) of cercospora leaf spot was observed in BU mug 4, while the genotype GK 24 showed the lowest (16.67%) incidence of cercospora leaf spot disease at 30 cm x 10 cm density. At 30 cm x 10 cm density the highest total pods no. /m2 was observed in GK 24 genotype (1033) and the lowest was observed in GK 63 (990). There was a positive correlation between pod number and yield of mungbean. The highest seed yield was observed in GK 24 at a spacing of 30 cm x 10 cm (63.54g/ plant) and the lowest was observed in GK 63 (43.68g/ plant).
