Climate change should therefore be a considered as a central field of inquiry in the social, behavioral and organizational sciences generally. The climate of the Earth has always been changing; from year-to-year, century-to century and millennium-to-millennium. The climate system involves dynamic physical, chemical, and biological interactions between the atmosphere, hydrosphere, cryosphere (snow, ice, and permafrost on and beneath the earth and ocean surface), land surface, and the biosphere at varying temporal and spatial scales. Any factor affecting the balance between the incoming solar radiation energy and the outgoing terrestrial radiation, or the energy redistribution between atmosphere, land, and water can affect the climate. India is facing the challenge to sustain its economic growth while addressing issue climate change associated with the developmental process. Carbon dioxide concentrations in the atmosphere have increased substantially since industrialization. Blances in the environment which need to be maintained in relation to compulsions of achieving social, economic and industrial development especially for the countries like India.
